Where to use it

• floor bearers over a ventilated base;
• shelters, sheds and structures partly exposed outdoors.

Antiseptic or pressure treatment?

Antiseptic protects the surface layer and is a good choice for timber that stays dry or is sheltered from direct rain. For constant moisture or ground contact (fence posts, deck frames, jetties) choose pressure-treated boards and beams, where the preservative is forced deep into the wood. Treat fresh cut ends with antiseptic as well.

Same range as fresh-sawn: boards 25x100, 25x150, 32x100, 40x100; beams 50x50, 50x100, 50x150, 50x200, 75x150, 100x100, 150x150 and up to 400×400 mm, lengths 3.0, 3.6, 4.8 and 6.0 m. Custom sizes on request.

For ground contact, pressure-treated timber is the better choice.
